If you are a customer of Identifee, your use of the Identifee Platform and related services is governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., a Master Service Agreement or "MSA") signed by both parties.

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and your signed MSA, the terms of the MSA shall govern and supersede these Terms regarding your use of the Identifee Platform.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Identifee, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for informational purposes only.

Restrictions. You may not scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Site without express written consent from Identifee.

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail" or "spam."
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Identifee, an Identifee employee, or another user.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL IDENTIFEE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD.

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in Los Angeles County.
