Hey everyone,
We've been busy behind the scenes making some important updates to the Identifee Portal! Our goal is to make your experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive. Think of it like a tune-up for your car—you might not see all the changes, but you'll definitely feel the difference.
Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been working on.
Immediate Fix for Prospecting Tools
We know how important the Prospecting Module is to your workflow. Recently, you may have noticed that some features, like importing companies or searching for employees, weren't working as they should.
We're happy to report that we've already rolled out a fix! Everything is back up and running, so you can get back to finding and connecting with your ideal prospects without interruption.
A Cleaner, More Consistent Look
We're tidying up our digital house! We’re standardizing font sizes and fixing alignment issues across the platform. This will create a more polished and consistent look, making the portal easier on the eyes and simpler to navigate. We're just putting the finishing touches on testing for this now.
Coming Soon: Drag-and-Drop for Financial Statements
Get ready for a much easier way to handle financial data! We're developing a new drag-and-drop feature for uploading account statements. Soon, you’ll be able to simply drag your files into the portal, and the system will intelligently organize them for you. This will help reduce manual data entry and make reporting a breeze.
Improving Your Prospecting Experience
We’re also smoothing out a few wrinkles in the prospecting process. We found an issue where the Prospect Lookup panel wasn't always displaying associated contacts correctly. We have a fix in the final stages of testing and expect to release it soon.
A Better Chat Experience with IDA
We’ve heard your feedback about the chat experience with IDA. Sometimes the chat would scroll automatically, making it tricky to read through past messages. We've deployed an initial fix to make conversations flow more naturally. We'll continue to make improvements to ensure your chats with IDA are as smooth and helpful as possible.
