We are excited to share our latest product updates, focusing on powerful search upgrades, a redesigned prospect management experience, and foundational improvements to our AI-assisted workflows and user management.
Here is a summary of the key enhancements in this release:
Upgraded Global & Prospect Search: A new, comprehensive search bar is live at the top of the interface, providing quick access to search across key records, courses, and lessons. Additionally, users can now perform full, external prospect searches for both companies and people directly within the system.
Redesigned Prospects Experience: The prospect landing page has been simplified to display the companies list by default. It also features a new inline filter sidebar, persistent last-search memory, a quick "back-to-search" action, and enhanced quick-view panels with tabs for notes, timelines, and activities.
Interactive AI Whiteboard & Chat Enhancements: We have introduced a multi-lens "Council" agent architecture to evaluate AI outputs, ensuring dashboards render rich, real-world data instead of placeholders. The chat experience is also smoother, featuring real-time, step-by-step progress labels during complex content generation and resolving a historical chat loading issue.
Improved User Management & Content Assignment: Administrators can now assign premium content access to individual users via a paginated multi-select field in the user management sidebar. Behind the scenes, we also established robust, automated tracking for user activity and lifecycle events.
Enhanced Reporting and v3 Migrations: Financial reporting layouts have been optimized for cleaner presentation, including smarter account statement processing that automatically detects and captures individual accounts alongside composite uploads. Multiple settings modules were also migrated to our new v3 architecture for improved performance and scalability.
