IDA Upgrades - Knowledge Shortcuts

Users can now enable "shortcuts" tied to a specific knowledge folder, making it simple for users to click a button, and kickoff a pre-determined workflow.

This means organizations can:

Create knowledge folder
Give the knowledge folder custom instructions (to perform along each query)
Enable a shortcut (button) to appear across all users within the organization
Users can click the shortcut from their chat, and the workflow is automatically kicked off
Depending on the knowledge folder instructions, IDA will prompt the user to enter in specific information in order to complete the task

This is very helpful because it takes the prompt guessing game out of it. All of the prompts, inputs, outputs are pre-determined by the knowledge folder owner, and can be shared across the organization.
